The Huntsmen swept their way past the New Jersey Renegades in the Play-In Round. The Philadelphia  Little Flyers defeated the Union Jr. Thunder in their series (2 games to 1) to set the matchups for the next round. The Huntsmen will face the New Jersey Bears. The Bears and New Jersey 87s had the 1st round bye. Much like the season series against the Renegades, the Huntsmen and Bears had plenty of thrilling games against each other throughout the season. The head-to-head was close, the Huntsmen were 4-3 vs the Bears this year, but the Bears did take points in two overtime losses (3-2-2). This is the first season in the EHLP for the Bears and they had a solid season while locking in the #2 seed in the South Division.
