Both teams will get some rest and look to start off strong in December. Head Coach Eric Progen spoke about both teams and how the season has gone so far.
EHL
“We started in August and have been through a lot already. You're going to have ups and downs. We started off the season hot but then lost five games in a row, and I think it was important for us. That was necessary for our growth as a team, and for us to take the next step as a team, we needed that. It’s a much-needed break for a mental and physical reset. I think our locker room is one of our best qualities. We have a great group. When you have a locker room of good kids that work hard and want to come to the rink, it can only benefit the team. As for on the ice, we do some things well, but we still have work to do so we can be more consistent.”
Premier
“Our team continues to grow. We’ve added some pieces to help, and we have some good wins so far this year. We just have to find more chemistry and continuity. I think we can be a dangerous group. We have a long way to go and a lot of games in front of us. We find growth in every practice and every game.”
